A center for our shared heritage.

Dinsmore Homestead is embarking upon the next phase of our history with the launch of Preserving the past. Educating the future. – a $1.5M capital campaign. The campaign will fund the building of a 6,000-square-foot multipurpose Heritage Center, expanding the Homestead’s ability to bring history to life.

The new Heritage Center will allow for gatherings and activities not previously possible. Our goal is to accommodate over 5,000 students per year, double the capacity of daily visitors and serve as a vibrant resource for research.

Help us continue to grow and evolve, while preserving this local and national treasure.

The people who work/volunteer there are awesome…when they’re telling the stories of this family, you can tell that they really love this place.
